What percentage of Lebubè ingredients are naturally derived?

Our formulas are 80-96% naturally derived.

Are Lebubè products really free from things like parabens and silicones?

Yes! Every product is proudly free from parabens, silicones, PEGs, petrolatum, talc, phenoxyethanol, ethanol, paraffin, paraffinum liquidum, and TEA. Dewy Drop Hydrating Skin Tint SPF30, Tea Mascara, Lash Primer and Overnight Mask, and Lip and Cheek are also fragrance-free. We disclose every ingredient on our packaging and online, so you know exactly what you’re putting on your skin.

Do you test on animals? Are Lebubè products vegan, Halal or gluten-free?

We never test on animals, in full compliance with the EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. All our products are 100% vegan friendly, gluten‑ and dairy‑free, with no animal‑derived or cruelty‑linked ingredients.

They're also Halal friendly certified, and our manufacturer holds Halal certification – ensuring both the process and finished products meet Halal standards.

Do Lebubè products expire?

All cosmetics have a shelf life. You’ll find a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on every package — a little open jar icon with a number (like 6M or 12M) — which shows how many months the product stays safe and effective after opening. For best results, use your Lebubè products within this timeframe and store them away from direct heat and sunlight.

Are Lebubè products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding people?

Our products are made to be safe and gentle, but we haven’t done specific clinical testing on pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. We recommend consulting your doctor before using them.

Is Lebubè packaging recyclable? What is it made of?

Yes, every part of our packaging is 100% recyclable, both plastic and paper. We use FSC-certified recycled paperboard, and for most products, the main packaging is made from recycled plastic or corn-based bioplastic. Just give your empties a quick rinse and recycle them according to local rules.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by selecting “Cancel or Return an Order” in the footer on desktop or in the menu on mobile. If you need to make changes, please email us as soon as possible at info@lebube.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Lebubè gift cards. All payments are processed securely, and you’ll always pay in euros.

Do you offer gift cards? How do they work?

Yes! You can buy a Lebubè gift card directly from this page. It’s delivered by email and ready to use at checkout – just enter the unique code.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used on any Lebubè product. The perfect treat (or last-minute gift).

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship across Italy and the EU (23 countries!). Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €49 and in the EU for orders over €99. For anything under that, shipping rates are shown at checkout – no surprises. For full details and the list of countries, please check our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@lebube.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Once verified, we’ll sort it out right away – replacement or refund, your choice.

Can I return my order?

Of course, you have 14 days to return any unused product in its original packaging, no questions asked. You can submit your return directly from your account or by selecting “Cancel or Return an Order” in the footer on desktop or in the menu on mobile.
