Refund policy

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days.

2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Buyer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform AllSkins S.r.l. (the Seller) of their decision to withdraw from the contract by using the "Cancel or Return an Order" page available on the Website or by sending a clear statement of their decision via email to info@lebube.com.

4. If the Buyer withdraws from this contract, AllSkins S.r.l. will reimburse all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of standard delivery. Any additional costs resulting from the Buyer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by AllSkins S.r.l. will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.

5. To effectively exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the received goods in their original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions and any other items supplied with them. Cosmetic products must be returned unused, untested and in a condition suitable for resale. Cosmetic products that have been opened, used, tested, swatched, altered or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may not be eligible for a refund. The exclusions referred to in point 6 shall apply.

6. The provisions regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for certain categories of goods and services as provided by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code apply. Specifically, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods sold "custom-made" or personalized and in cases where the sale involves the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery (Art. 59 letter e Italian Consumer Code).

7. According to Article 57 paragraph 1 of the Italian Consumer Code, the costs of returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the Buyer. AllSkins S.r.l. does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs. Until the package is delivered to the Seller, the responsibility and custody of it lie with the Buyer. Any loss or damage to it may affect the refund.

8. It is also recalled that parcels sent at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.

9. The Seller will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The Seller reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received, allowing the Seller to carry out the appropriate checks regarding their condition, integrity and eligibility for refund under this Return Policy. Reimbursement will be processed following verification that the returned goods comply with the conditions set out herein.

10. To effectively exercise their right, the products must be returned by the Buyer to the Seller in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, user instructions, and everything else provided with them, in conditions suitable for resale (the causes for exclusion referred to in point 6 apply).

11. The return of products beyond the legal term established for withdrawal and contractual cancellation will not be accepted.
